Chameleon''s brother AK47 reported dead

Ugandan dancehall musician AK47, a younger brother to Jose Chameleone, has died at Nsambya hosptial after falling in a bath tub Monday night, according to reports that trickled in late Monday.

Reports of of the death of Emmanuel Mayanja Hummertone ( AK47's real name) first got onto Ugandan social media via top Vision Group editor Geoffrey Kulubya, from his reliable sources.

Kulubya tweeted at 11.30pm Monday night:  "@Kool_bya: Local artist AK 47 has collapsed, dead."
 

Details as to the cause of death are still scanty as initial reports indicated that he had collapsed in a bar. Others stated that he died of internal bleeding after the fall.

AK47 is a brother to three musicians Jose Chameleone, Weasel and Pallaso, raised from a musical family of Gerald Mayanja and Prossy Musoke.

Fellow musician Bebe Cool also reacted to the news on Twitter.

"@BebeCoolUG: This is the worst news ever to happen. I just been told by Leon island manager that our young brother A.K 47 has died" he tweeted.
