Ruptured girl excretes through private parts

A six-year old girl whose mother shoved a stick in her rupturing her womb in the process is yet to recover, and now passes waste  through her private parts.

In March this year,  Madina Nanangwe made news that shocked the nation when she shoved a stick up her stepdaughter.

When she was arrested in Butaleja following a manhunt, she said she had punished the girl for refusing to wash plates.

The girl's mother, Faridah Nakaziba and grandmother, Irene Nakaziba, told this reporter that the girl is always wrapped in nappies like a baby because anytime she passes waste involuntarily.

A local NGO, Plan-Kamuli and Kamuli Community- based Paralegals paid sh1,250,000 in hospital bills.

The girl underwent two surgical operations at Kamuli-Lubaga.

Nanangwe together with the girl's father,  Mulani Waiswa of Bulanga on Jinja-Iganga road, were arraigned in court last week. 

They were however given bail in Iganga magistrate's court.
