HOUSTON -- The attorney representing Isaac Teharihondi says his client is "scared to death" and has never been in trouble before, aside from a shoplifting charge when he was a young teen, reports http://www.khou.com/ .

Khou.com reports that defense attorney Alvin Nunnery said he believes there is not probable cause to connect Teharihondi to the vicious killings of his parents and 5-year-old brother in their Memorial City apartment.

However a judge disagreed, according to Khou.com. According to www.Khou.com, Teharihondi remained silent as he sat before that judge, just one day after he was driven nearly seven hours to Houston from Mississippi.
