Ugandan Pastor''s son calm as he faces judge on capital murder charges

A teen accused of brutally murdering his Ugandan parents and young half-brother before fleeing Texas will be extradited back to Houston.


JACKSON, Mississippi – The 19-year-old pastor's son accused of brutally murdering his Ugandan parents and young half-brother before fleeing Texas will be extradited back to Houston, reports www.khou.com.
 
Khou.com reports that Isaac Tiharihondi  remains in isolation in a Mississippi jail cell after he faced a judge in Mississippi on Thursday, just one day after he was captured in the City of Jackson. (khou.com video at bottom)
 
According to khou.com, two counts of capital murder have been filed against Tiharihondi, according to the Houston Police Department.
 
"He appeared calm, he was in his right mind, he responded to the judge adequately," said Othor Cain with the Hinds County Sheriff's Office, reported Khou.com.
 
Prior to Thursday's hearing, www.khou.com reports, Tiharihondi met with two attorneys at the county courthouse. He kept quiet and calm, looking down at the ground as he approached the judge. He indicated he would not fight extradition.
