FUFA has appointed Dennis Mbidde to head its Media and Communications. Mbidde, who currently is the chairman of the Uganda Premier League clubs, replaces fellow FUFA committee member Rogers Byamukama.

No further explanation was given for the change but FUFA chief executive Edgar Watson confirmed that the federation had to appoint Mbidde to head one of the committees by virtue of his position as an executive committee member.

Byamukama now moves to replace the federation president Moses Magogo who hitherto headed the Marketing and television committee.
