Ten years ago, a new era started in the struggle against the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) conflict with the incorporation in the USA on September 8th 2004 of Invisible Children Inc. as a non-profit organization.
Background
Ten years ago, a new era started in the struggle against the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) conflict with the incorporation in the USA on September 8th 2004 of Invisible Children Inc. as a non-profit organization. Wholly dedicated towards bringing a permanent end to the LRA conflict and improving the quality of life of LRA affected communities, other offices of Invisible Children were formed in Uganda (2005), the Democratic Republic of Congo – DRC (2011), and Central African Republic – CAR (2012) to offer life changing interventions aimed at protecting communities from LRA atrocities, rehabilitating affected communities, and creating action-oriented awareness globally to end it.
