These services will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• logistics support
• positioning
• Acquisition as follows:
• Seismic Refraction and Multichannel Surface Waves (MASW): 42 profiles, 240m long, 48 geophones
(4.5Hz), source: shotguns/hammer.
• High Resolution Seismic Reflection: 14 profiles, 240m long, 48 geophones (30 Hz), shots every 5m.
• Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT): Schlumberger & Dipole-dipole configuration, 14 profiles, 240m long, 64 electrodes spacing 4-6m.
• Reporting including but limited to Interpretation & full integration
Minimum requirements:
a) experience/performance in similar contracts within Uganda, East Africa or internationally;
b) suitably qualified and experienced personnel;
c) Equipment required for the services at international standards
d) available capacity to undertake the assignment;
e) financial capability to perform the proposed contract;
f) HSE policy in compliance with TOTAL E&P Uganda standards

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF FUEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES ON EA1 – REFERENCE 10001610
TOTAL E&P UGANDA (‘Company’), an Oil and Gas exploration company, requires the services of a reputable contractor to provide fuel deliveries services on the Exploration area 1, on the North West of Uganda.
These services will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Supply of good quality diesel fuel in a safely and efficiently way
• Provision of offloading fuel at Company’s location on a safely and efficiently way
• Provision of accurate reporting as per Company requirements
• Provision of material and equipment that meets the International Standards.
• Provision of competent, experienced, qualified and trained fuel drivers.
Company is requesting for Diesel product only. Jet A1 and Petrol are not part of the scope of services. Diesel will comply with Ugandan and international standards. Certificates shall be provided at Company request.
Minimum requirements:
a) Experience/performance in similar contracts within Uganda, East Africa or internationally:
- Minimum 10 years experience on similar services without major oil spill incident
- Similar experience on high sensitive area such as National Park / Reserve...
b) Suitably qualified and experienced personnel:
- All personnel involved in operations are competent
– minimum 10 years experience for truck drivers
– defensive driving training every year – medical certificate every year – oil spill training.
- All fuel transfer operations are under COMPANY’s JMP (Journey Management Plan) agreement.
c) Equipment required for the services at international standards
- Equipment is examined prior to and after use (check list / loading report / offloading report...)
- Safety in road transfer operations - trucks equipped with tracking system, ABS, Air Bag, < 100 000km
- Continuing integrity of all equipment by appropriate maintenance and inspection programs.
- Safety in loading, offloading and refuelling operations
– trucks equipped with adapted oil spill kit
- Full required certification is available throughout the lifetime of the equipment.
- Yearly inspections to be done by a third party regarding fuel tank integrity.
d) Available capacity to undertake the assignment;
- Minimum of 10M3 trucks to deliver to Company’s location.
- Maximum of 30M3 trucks to deliver to Company’s location.
- Minimum capacity of 4 trucks.
e) Financial capability to perform the proposed services;
