It is perhaps, no longer news that Leah Kalanguka, the current Miss Uganda, also, the lady who is representing Uganda at the Miss world is faring well on the international level  and has thus, disproved many of the self-proclaimed beauty judges that peddled the verbal atrocity that she wasn’t beautiful enough to represent Uganda at the international level.

It shouldn’t however go, without being noticed that she is looking that fabulous because of two particular creative souls, Brenda Nanyonjo and Lillian Kyabaki, the designers behind ZirianMissfixit, the fashion house that tailored Miss Uganda’s final outfits.

The duo has designed all the dresses Leah Kalanguka has used in all the major Miss World activities. And as much as her beauty and elegant poise are playing a recognizable part in her consistently positive darts at triumph, it is the dresses she is always clad in that play the wow part.

The media across the world is abuzz with praise of her look in the dresses designed by the duo. Pictures of her in the many dresses have been posted on many social media sites and popular websites like dailymail-all the while projecting her to be one of the people most likely to scoop the Miss World title.

The most famous however is the long silver-colored clothe made out of the sequin fabric.

The sweetheart-neckline maxi evening dress has had many people wondering which Italian or French designers were behind the flawless piece. Yet the owners chose to keep on the low. Never coming out to hoot about their achievements.

When contacted about the dress, Lilian Kyabaki was hesitant to disclose ownership of the whole creativity of the dresses Leah Kalanguka is wearing at the Miss World beauty pageant wield.

Her choosing to keep a low profile despite the many big accomplishments in her field of work is a mysterious notion that surprises and baffles even her.

The ZirianMisFixit duo of designers is behind the many famous celebrity looks in the Uganda’s entertainment sphere.

Or to avail a snake peck, they are the designers of Desire Luzunda, Jackie Chandiru . Also their dress worn by Yasha Keys in last year’s Abryan’s collection style and fashion awards won the best-dressed-guest award.

And because of that, many celebrities are flocking Lilian’s place to have her design them clothes.

Significantly, also, the duo’s works inspired Angella Katatumba into making the decision to finally start wearing dresses after an adult life of grappling with carving smartness out of pants and tops.

Leah not hard to dress

Leah Kalanguka on the other end of the sea is blessed with a fine body. A slim body which, according to Lilian Kyabaki, a designer at ZirianMissFixit, might be tricky to dress but if prudently done, will come off magnificently.

“She is one humble person. You tell by the way she accepts and believes in the opinions of a designer without necessarily selling us uninformed opinions like many people in the spotlight” say Lilian.

Brenda Nanyonjo and Lilian Kyabaki are both experienced and adroit designers who met at Sylvia Owori’s shop only, both later decided to pursue separate careers and its only later that their creative minds brought them together.
