The second edition of repainting Uganda by Milege Afro jazz band in world music was on at Botanical gardens in Entebbe last weekend.

The idea for the venue was good and many people that attended liked it.

Not until one attends a world music concert, will one understand that not every musician can do world music.
There is hidden meaning in the music and few will comprehend it when they give it all the attention it deserves.

The opening act of the day was Watmon Cultural Group from Gulu District who  performed the Larakaraka dance with vigour and many of the guests were blown away as some attempted to dance.

Haka Mukiga came on stage and performed his song in Lukiga about bravery.

Another group that performed was the Under Cover brothers.

The night was crowned with music played by the disc jockey (dj) and the fans of world music celebrated.
