The fourth eviction saw three contestants Rwanda’s Arthur, Ghana’s Kacey Moore and Namibia’s Luis leaving the Big Brother Hotshots house in an all-male tide on Sunday, leaving just 16 housemates in contention for the $300 000 jackpot.

This was the first eviction that didn’t feature any female contestant, with sole female nominee Sheillah surviving this week

IK also revealed the results of the Extravaganza Task that was won by Team A – Downtown Beats.

It means they are immune from nomination this week.

Their story of survival in the city drew the most viewer votes, with Butterphly, JJ, Idris, Luis, Tayo, Sipe. Sheillah and Mr. 265 and KC Moore all starring in the task.

He also told viewers that the housemates are feeling the pressure and often struggle to keep their emotions in check.

This follows Idris’ misconduct when he kicked a door and broke it. Biggie punished him by making him do all of Head of House JJ’s chores.

During the eviction moment, last week’s Head of House JJ revealed he added Frankie on the nomination list because he felt the Rwandan housemate has “little less respect” for him.

Evicted Arthur told IK that he had initially held back on showcasing skills other than his comedic talents, but that over the course of the last month, he felt that Africa had gotten to see his full array of artistic skills.

When asked by IK who he would evict if given chance, Kacey named Frankie because he ‘hadn’t been himself’.

His fellow evictee Luis was far more upbeat, and talked about his fling with housemate Namibian Mira that was stopped short with her eviction, “I haven’t been in love in a long time, so an amazing woman like Mira struck something in me,” Luis told him.

“From that point on, it was all about her, I don’t take anything back”.

He told IK that his future plans were to take his television show continental and continue with his modeling career.

On whom he thought would win Big Brother Hotshots, he stopped on Idris and Tayo.

The nominations session raged on after evictions and Uganda’s Ellah was among those highly nominated alongside Trezalgah, Frankie and Nhlanhla.

The housemates will only discover their fate during Monday’s Nomination show at 20:00 CAT (9:00pm) on AfricaMagic Showcase & Maisha Magic and 21:30 CAT (10:00pm) on AfricaMagic Family, AfricaMagic World on GOtv.
