Kireka United continued their impressive start to the season with a 2 - 0 win against home side Wandegeya in the FUFA Big League at Kiteezi grounds on Thursday.

Ishaaq Lumago and Eric Magula scored for United. This was United’s third win of the season.

In Masaka, Captain Solomon Okwalinga's lone strike helped the home side, Synergy overcome a battling Kirinya Jinja S.S . The win helped Synergy to go third in the Elgon group with seven points from four games.

In the other game, Busia United played to a goalless draw against former top flight side, Masaka Local Council at the Busia play grounds in Eastern Uganda.
