Bad Black, aka Shanita Namuyimba has travelled to Dubai for her breast implants.

Her father Nashir Jumbo on Wednesday told court presided over by grade one magistrate; Juliet Hatanga that Bad black travelled to Dubai for her breast implants removal.

Bad Black was supposed to appear before City Hall court where she is facing traffic offence charges.

Jumbo, who appeared before court to stand for the daughter told court that she had gone for treatment in Dubai after court of appeal granted her bail of sh100m to leave Luzira prison, where she was serving a four year jail sentence for forgery and theft of billions of shillings from her lover.

However, Jumbo could not produce concrete evidence to the fact that his daughter had gone for treatment, prompting court to issue criminal summons to her.

"If she has gone to Dubai for treatment where is the evidence? You must have evidence but not just standing for someone," Hatanga said.

"If she does not report to court in the return date, I will have no problem with issuing warrant of arrest to her," she added.

Prosecution alleges that on December 4, 2011, Black at Casablanca Pub & Restaurant along Acacia Avenue, while driving  a Mercedes Benz UAM 833Z, carelessly and without reasonable consideration for other road users, knocked a motorcycle UDN 916E and damaged it.

The charge sheet adds that in the process of knocking the motorcycle, three people; Ismail Nsamba, the rider of the motorcycle, his wife Ms Fatuma Namusoke and their six months old baby Jamila Namulindwa were seriously injuried.

Court of appeal granted her bail to go abroad to remove her breast implants after she told court that her breasts are swollen and the implants inside need to be removed. The claims were confirmed by a doctor who was summoned by the court saying she needed urgent medical treatment.

The complainant said that compensation has never been reached although negotiations between them and Bad-black are still on.

The magistrate however extended criminal summons to January, 25, 2013 for further hearing.
