QDear Doctor,
I am 22 years old. It is four years since I became sexually active, but every time I have a sexual encounter with a woman, I ejaculate before penetration.
I thought my situation would improve after a number of sexual encounters I have had with different women, but this has not been the case. I am worried that I cannot satisfy a woman.

ADear MB,
Having sexual encounters with multiple partners is not advisable, especially if the sex is unprotected. You are at a risk of contracting several sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV.
You are experiencing premature ejaculation. This occurs when a man ejaculates sooner than usual, during sexual intercourse.
Premature ejaculation is a common problem. It is quite common, but treatable. Both psychological and biological factors play a role in premature ejaculation.
Depending on the cause, treatment may include one, or a combination of the following; sexual therapy, medications and psychotherapy. Medication, psychological counselling and different sexual techniques that delay ejaculation can improve your sex life. See a doctor for examination to establish the cause.
