A. Supplies:

1. Office Stationery and supplies

2. Computer accessories and supplies

3. Personal Protective Equipment (Helmets, Mouth/Nose Masks, Haversacks, Heavy Duty

Gumboots, Socks, Aprons, Rubber gloves)

4. Plastic containers (Jerry cans, Basins, Jugs, 60-liter Buckets)

5. Cleaning supplies (liquid soap, bar soap)

6. Hardware (hand tools, rope, polythene sheets, padlocks)

B. Services:

1. Repair and servicing of Air Conditioners

2. Clearing and forwarding services

3. Vehicle maintenance / repair shop

4. Engraving services

5. Printing

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERS:

(a) All applications should be accompanied by the following:

- VAT Registration Certificate

- Certificate of Incorporation or Registration

- Valid Trading License

- Valid income tax clearance

- Company Profile, including detailed list of goods and/or services provided

- Proof of past supply experience, including list of clients where applicable 

(b) Offers, in properly sealed envelopes marked “Pre-qualification for provision of (nature of

business) 2012/13”, should be addressed to the address given above.

(c) The pre-qualification submission MUST be hand delivered by 4pm on Friday, December 7th, 2012 to the following address:
