Can I lose 20kg in three months?

I was always small but all of a sudden I grew very big. Everyone around me now makes a big deal out of it. A month ago, I cut down on junk food, but I see no change. I need help with an exercise plan and the diet that could help.

I was always small but all of a sudden I grew very big. Everyone around me now makes a big deal out of it. A month ago, I cut down on junk food, but I see no change. I need help with an exercise plan and the diet that could help. However, I do not want eggs, chicken and sausages to be removed from my diet plan. Also, can a person lose 20kg in three months?

A diet rich in vegetable, drinking lots of water and exercising frequently can help you lose weight. Chicken breast is an excellent low-fat food, so are eggs but like any food, these foods should be eaten moderately.
