Although the designs keep changing, chandelier earrings are a fashion classic and they are here to stay.
They have the ability to give any outfit a stylish twist.

However, should you hurriedly rummage through your jewellery box to look for accompanying accessories and get it wrong, you are bound to look silly.

Consider the length of the chandelier against your neck.
If it rests on your shoulder when you are standing, chances are high it will dangle to your cleavage when seated.

Choose earrings that leave enough room between shoulder and earring bottom. As a simple guide, place your thumb on your collarbone and move your index finger to your jawline.

Measure that distance and use it to look for your chandelier.
Avoid wearing chandelier earrings with a big or showy necklace. Rather, opt for a single-stone pendant or one or two fine chains, or no necklace at all.

Do not let your jewellery compete or fight for space. Alternatively, consider matching the earrings with the shoes or purse instead of the necklace. For instance, wear gold earrings, with gold heels and bag.

You can creatively turn your day outfit to glamorous evening wear, by adding a pair of chandelier earrings. Think of silver, gold, colourful beads or jet black stones to spice up that pretty dress you acquired last year.
