INVITATION TO BID FOR THE EXTENSION

OF THE MATERNITY DEPARTMENT

St. Charles Lwanga Buikwe Hospital (SCLBH) is a Joint project of Archdiocese Caritas Prague and Lugazi Diocese. The Hospital is the only health facility of its status in the sub-county.

1. SCLBH invites sealed bids from eligible and suitably qualified bidders for Supply and Work of the construction.

2. More details of the tender announcement interested eligible bidders may obtain from 01:00 – 05:00p.m. from the contact: sclbh.construction2012@gmail.com, +256 783 327 059. Please use the same contact in case of any questions or further inquiries.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English in the electronic version on CD may be collected by interested bidders from the address below at (5) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Shs.20, 000= (Twenty thousand shillings only). The method of payment will be direct cash payment through at the UCDT office. The contact person is Mr. Francis Obonyo or Ms. Juliet Nassiwa, Mon – Fri 9:00 – 12:00 a.m, 02:00-05:00 p.m.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address (5) below at or before Friday 21st September, 2012 at 03:00 p.m. Late bids shall be rejected. SCLBH reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or all bids.
