Support me, Muntu asks Teso delegates

Gen. Mugisha Muntu, the FDC presidential candidate has asked party delegates in the Teso Sub Region to support his candidature.

Muntu who received a heroic welcome from his supporters addressed a rally at Soroti public gardens.

 Muntu who was flanked by senior FDC officials was welcomed to the venue on a red carpet by his excited supporters.

 “I have been tested in top management positions. I have served in the army and my abilities were very commendable, I would like to use the same qualities to serve you through our party FDC”, Muntu said.

Alice Alaso, Serere Woman MP, Stephen Ochola MP of Serere, Doctor Francis Epetait of Ngora,Ibbi Ekwau Woman MP of Kaberemaido,  Soroti Municipality mayor Alfred Aruo accompanied Muntu.

“Geoffrey Ekanya,and Nandala Mafabi , are all strong leaders but we are saying who can do better with Muntu,” said Ochola.

Muntu is contesting against Nandala Mafabi and Tororo County MP Geoffrey Ekanya to replace the outgoing party president, Col. Kizza Besigye.
