Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) wishes to procure a developer for the construction of operational office accommodation on its land located at 15 Baskerville Avenue, Kololo – Kampala under design, build, operate and transfer and transfer arrangement
1.Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) wishes to procure a developer for the construction of operational office accommodation on its land located at 15 Baskerville Avenue, Kololo – Kampala under design, build, operate and transfer and transfer arrangement. The Developer will be expected to maintain and operate part of the facility at high standard on financially sound basis over an agreed concession period. Uganda Investment Authority will operate and maintain the remaining part as its Head Office and an investors One-Stop- Centre.
