Notice for the Netball Special Assembly to Streamline Constitutional Matters

To All Premier Netball Club Members,
All Schools Associations and Learning Institutions Netball representatives
All Districts Netball Association Members

National Council of Sports wishes to invite all eligible UNF members to an urgent Assembly be convened on Saturday 2nd June, 2012, at Lugogo at 9.00 am, to address critical issues considered necessary in paving a head way for the thorough streamlining of constitutional and governance issues in Uganda Netball Federation.

The Agenda:
1. Registration and Prayer

2. Opening Remarks by National Council of Sports

3. Discussion and adoption of the Draft UNF Constitution

4. The date for the Elections of the UNF Executive Committee

Eligibility:
Each member shall be represented by Two delegates, who should provide the following:
(i) Receipts of membership fees paid for 2010/2011

(ii) Evidence of members’ participation in at least three UNF calendar activities (2010/2011)

(iii) A letter of introduction by your club/schools or Institutions Association

(iv) A copy of minutes of your 2010/011 General Meeting

(v) A copy of your adopted and valid club/institutions/Districts association constitution

(vi) A copy of UNF Constitution
