EVER since she gave birth last May, singer Renah Nalumansi has been off the local music scene. The former Dream Galz member has however made a comeback with her recent release of a dancehall single, Kokodinko, featuring Malaysia-based Ugandan artiste, Nemus Rhymes.

During the duo’s video shoot at Monalisa Bar in Mengo earlier this week, Renah, who has in the past collaborated with Jose Chameleone in a hit titled Tebamanyi and released an eight track album titled Gubumbujja, was upbeat and promising all and sundry a year of big hits.

“I was off the scene, yes, but 2012 is a year of bigger things, just watch the space,” she said. Meanwhile, Nemus Rhymes is in the country to promote his talent locally, and plans collabos with a number of dancehall artistes. Clearly, home is always best.
