Help, he's leaving her because of their 4th child

Advise me on how I can help my friend. I know a couple who have been together for 11 years and have three beautiful girls.

 

They finally got legally married in 2010 and she is pregnant with their fourth child. They live in London. Her husband says he is leaving her because he is not ready for another child.
