IT is meant to be a friendly game but Hippos coach Paul Nkata anticipates a stiff challenge as Uganda and Rwanda seek to distance themselves from each other in the return leg of a buildup match at Nakivubo stadium today.

Nkata will be without his marksman George Abege, whose goal in Kigali ensured a 1-1 draw with Rwanda's Junior Wasps but the tactician has lined up new face Andrew Kidega to partner William Wadri in search of goals.

Abege injured a joint in training on Monday and may not even make it to the bench.

"I will consider the game just as a competitive. I have new names that I will be testing as well and I'm confident the players will do their best," Nkata has explained.

Rwanda jetted in last night with Express FC striker Bonny Baingana and Proline Charles Tibingana expected to lead the Wasps striking partnership at Nakivubo -a turf they understand quite well.

Uganda is preparing to play Mozambique in an Africa Youth Championship qualifier here on April 22 while Rwanda is gearing up for Namibia.

Starting line up:E.Akol,N.Wadada,S.Namanja,D.Bukenya,Y.Mukisa,K.Aucho,G.Ali,D.Bagoole,A.Kidega,F.Nkata,W.Wadri
