KOBS' emerging star Kevin Makmot shot down G4S Pirates when he kicked in seven of the eight penalties in their previous encounter but he should not expect more gifts when the rival teams face off in the Kampala Club derby Saturday.

With Pirates' proving impenetrable, Makmot's kicking prowess accounted for all uganda telecom Kobs' 21 points but Pirates senior player Anthony Kinene has ruled out recurrence of the same in the Nile Special Rugby Premier League Saturday.

"We have since improved on our discipline and therefore unlikely to concede many penalties again. It's going to be a more difficult game for Kobs. We will go out to win this one and keep the league title race open," Kinene remarked.

Pirates retain a marginal chance of claiming the title having lost to both Heathens and Kobs and failed to secure bonus point victories over Buffaloes and Entebbe Mongers.

Pirates may have not lived up to expectations in the first round of the eight-team league but Kobs coach Fred Mudoola will not take them for granted.

"The fact that they lost to us is their strength. No team wants to lose time and again. They will come determined to revenge. An underdog is a very dangerous team so we take Pirates as serious as any other team," Mudoola stated.

Kobs, who top the table with 33 points, four ahead of second placed MTN Heathens, will certainly aim for a bonus point victory to extend the lead atop the table.

Heathens, who were denied maximum points in Entebbe in the first round, seek maximum points from dreaded Mongers, who are yet to claim an upset this season.

Nile who are yet to win a game host Rhinos in Jinja while Buffaloes will take on xfm Impis in an early kick-off at Kyadondo.
