EDITOR—I wish to thank Warid for its customer care service. I did not know that calls to customer care numbers of mobile phone companies in Uganda could so easily go through and promptly be attended to.
But when I joined the Warid network, things changed. On my previous network, my calls for help went unheeded! The few times I succeeded, I was always asked irrelevant questions which didn’t solve my problem.
Before crossing to Warid, I asked my previous service providers to change me from one profile to another but they kept tossing me from one customer care advisor to another until I gave up! Other service providers should borrow a leaf from Warid. Abu Damulira damaby@yahoo.com
