A special Police constable has been arrested for allegedly defiling and impregnating a 15-year-old pupil of Arapai Primary School in Soroti district.
A special Police constable has been arrested for allegedly defiling and impregnating a 15-year-old pupil of Arapai Primary School. Paul Etubu, 20, attached to Soroti Central Police Station, was arrested last week.
The mid-eastern regional Police spokesman, Juma Hassan Nyene, said the girl is suspected to be six months pregnant. He advised Police officers to desist from crime because they are not above the law.
He also asked parents to take good care of their children. Nyene said Etubu would be charged with defilement.
