As a monitor under the Rwenzori Anti-corruption Coalition, I have learnt that it is the role of all Ugandans to fight corruption. Both those who give or receive bribes are corrupt. Neither can report the other. People take bribes to the Police without being asked while others sell their votes during elections which forces leaders to be corrupt once in office!

All Ugandans should focus on electoral reforms to ensure free and fair elections in Uganda. This will help all Ugandans. It does not matter which party wins but how it does so. Rigging is costly.
