Garbage disposal a great problem
EDITOR—Ugandans talk more than they act. They all know we need to keep the environment clean but they will still throw garbage anywhere! This is irritating. In many universities where students gather, you will a lot of litter.

A university is supposed to be a symbol of excellence! It is common to seeseemingly educated people throwing bottles or banana peeling out of their car windows into the road! Once I decided to tell a couple who were doing this same to stop litterring the road in the city centre. The man insulted me but when I did not budge, he drove off in fear! Many times I see people dumping garbage anywhere they wish.
