KCC, renovate the parks

EDITOR—Kampala City Council (KCC) should renovate the taxi parks. I doubt whether KCC was planned to have those taxi parks as the main ones in the city. Their state is utterly disgusting. When it rains the roads to and out of those parks are impassable because of floods. They are also muddy because they are not tarmacked. Taxi owners pay tax to use these parks and passengers pay to use the taxis. We deserve to operate in a decent area.
