I am in S.6 taking history, economics, geography and divinity. Tell me the essential subjects for law, travel and tourism courses. Can I do journalism at Makerere if I do not have any language in my combination? <br>Bashir

Vincent Ekwang, the Makerere University deputy registrar for admissions, says your subject combination qualifies you for admission to any of the courses you want if well passed. The bachelors of law, tourism and mass communication (journalism) do not have specific essential subjects. At least two principal passes (in any subject) is all it takes to be admitted. He says you can be admitted for mass communication if you score the required points, whether you studied a language subject or not.
