EDITOR—Sometimes we read about the worst performing MP, worst dressed person, worst pothole or disaster of the year but we have not read about the worst road of the year.
EDITOR—Sometimes we read about the worst performing MP, worst dressed person, worst pothole or disaster of the year but we have not read about the worst road of the year.
Today, I am glad to bring to the attention of all your readers about the worst road in Uganda for many years not only one! It is the road connecting Amuria to Abim via Kapelebyong. It has never known a grader for ages.
Passing there makes one think that Uganda has no Government! With the current rains in eastern Uganda, a journey of 19km takes more than an hour! What do you call that if not “the worst road of the years�
