He is the head of intelligence for Operation Lightening Thunder, a military operation pursuing LRA leader Joseph Kony at the border of South Sudan, DR. Congo and Central African Republic.
Damulira joined 193 other students, at Shrivenham Campus in South East England on May 28, to receive his Masters in Defense studies. Damulira who holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Makerere University had earlier pursued a senior advanced command and staff course at the Defense Academy of the UK.
