Residents raise funds for church

ALEBTONG - Residents of Abako sub-county on Sunday held a fundraising to mobilise resources to build a church worth sh84m.

A total of sh9m was collected in cash and pledges together with 20 bags of cement.

The church leader, the Rev. Robert Kasaija, said sh51m was now required to complete the structure.
