EDITOR—The construction of a 4.3 million fuel storage depot by MOGAS is near completion at Banda on the Kampala-Jinja highway.
EDITOR—The construction of a 4.3 million fuel storage depot by MOGAS is near completion at Banda on the Kampala-Jinja highway.
This would be a fantastic development if the investment was not in the heart of a residential area.
The gigantic fuel tanks are a bomb waiting to explode! Who, in God’s holy name, sanctioned the installation of those tanks in that place?
