EDITOR—I am concerned about the unreceipted sh150,000 paid as escort fees per truck for export goods. The money is paid but no receipt or acknowledgement is given! Is the URA Commissioner General, Allen Kagina, aware of this? Isn’t this a recipe for corruption? Please explain.
