There was drama at the Electoral Commission (EC) yesterday when Bitama, flanked by his colleague Allan Mujuni aka Amooti Omubaranguzi, arrived at the offices yesterday.
For about 20 minutes, onlookers were treated to rib-breaking drama as the two engaged the Police in jokes.
After picking the forms, Bitama said it was time for the youth to lead the country, adding that President Museveni should stand down for him.
In 2006, Bitama picked nomination forms but his candidature was rejected, after he presented a cheque, instead of the liquid cash that was required.
