The nanny was found dead, naked in her bed in October last year, with pornographic material running on her laptop. There was a vibrator next to her. A pathologist revealed that she died from a sudden heart arrhythmia, probably brought on by her state of arousal. Dr. Richard Jones from the University of Cardiff said: “There is nothing to explain why she died this way, but I suspect sudden cardiac death.â€
