Just when we are trying to recover from Meryl and Mwisho’s Big Brother engagement, a new romance is brewing up in the Big Brother house. But from the way things look, it might not sprout as fast as the former, seeing as the guy involved in the mix is playing the coward.

Just when we are trying to recover from Meryl and Mwisho’s Big Brother engagement, a new romance is brewing up in the Big Brother house. But from the way things look, it might not sprout as fast as the former, seeing as the guy involved in the mix is playing the coward.
I couldn’t believe Tuesday night when the bisexual Kenyan representative, Sheila Kwamboka, declared her feelings for Nigeria’s Uti. Blame it on absence from each other when Sheila had been evicted to the barn, while Uti stayed in the main house without her.
No wonder when Sheila got voted back into the main house on Sunday, the two embraced and carried each other around like a married couple that had been separated by jail time.
Interestingly though, Uti, who had been declaring his love for Sheila while she was away, didn’t follow through afterwards. All he did was cowardice. He kept looking and admiring the Kenyan without spitting it out. But trust Sheila to break the ice. After waiting for the Nigerian to say it in vain, Sheila composed herself and broke the news on Tuesday night. She battled with the words, yes. But she eventually said it, and also informed him of her kiss with Hannington while they were in the barn.
Interestingly, Uti, who is also dying inside with too much love for Sheila, didn’t reprimand her for the kiss, adding that he already knew Hannington and Sheila might have something of a romance.
Maybe Sheila is in love this time because the always kept defending herself. “There was nothing more. We just kissed and that was all. I told him I had feelings for you and it stopped there,†a seemingly love-struck Sheila explained to Uti, who said he still trusted her and asked her not to beat herself about it.
And much as Uti finally managed to say the feeling was mutual, nothing lovey-dovey is happening between the two yet. In an interesting twist yesterday, Uti, in his diary session, said Sheila might have declared her feelings for him as her strategy of winning M-Net’s jackpot of $180,000.
But he hoped Sheila would still feel the same way when they leave the Big Brother house in two weeks. Meanwhile, Munya and Tatiana seem to be getting it on again. Just pray Sheila stays long enough to push it to the next level, as she’s up for possible eviction along with Uti, Munya and Kaone, and two people are getting evicted this Sunday.
