NWSC, if water is life then there is no life in Makindye

EDITOR: What is wrong with the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC)? It is unbelievable that a place in the outskirts of Kampala city can go without water for two weeks! Some of our homes do not have latrines.
EDITOR: What is wrong with the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC)? It is unbelievable that a place in the outskirts of Kampala city can go without water for two weeks! Some of our homes do not have latrines.
How does NWSC expect us to answer the call of nature? Everyone has complained but NWSC has done nothing about it! It is very common to see long queues of people fetching water early every morning. We are stranded! We have started the third week in this dilemma. What is NWSC up to?

EDITOR: I don't understand what is happening at the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC). It is common to go without water for four or five days in my village!
This never used to happen. But what is most annoying is that although NWSC is always punctual to deliver the bills, no explanation has been given to their customers!
How can NWSC tout their motto that "Water is life" and then proceed to deprive their customers of this life? At least we are entitled to an explanation.
