TUMWESIGYE has beautiful natural hair. She has groomed her hair for three years to make it what it is.

She shampoos the hair once in two weeks. Immediately after shampooing, she blow dries it to avoid the hair getting entangled and to make it soft.

In addition, Tumwesigye plaits her hair in simple styles like big cornrows or big knots (bitutwa) before going to bed. This helps to keep it tidy.

To give it a bit of shine and maintain its natural black colour, Tumwesigye applies hair food on the scalp and the hair strands.

Though still, she avoids over oiling it to avoid attract dirt. During rainy seasons, she prefers to have her hair plaited and during dry seasons she leaves it open.
