NEWS from Zimbabwe holds that Big Brother All Stars runner-up Munya, who lost the grand prize of $200,000 to Nigeria’s Uti, is set to receive a whooping $300,000 in a consolation fund from his fans back home.

A consortium of businessmen and friends in Zimbabwe’s corporate world have come up with a consolation fund that will give Munya (Munyaradzi Chidzonga) the amount for coming second in the M-Net reality show.

The consortium is led by flamboyant Harare tycoon, also President Robert Mugabe’s cousin Phillip Chiyangwa, and the chairman of Zimbabwe’s National Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Board, David Chapfika.
