I ejaculate too early
I have a low libido. I ejaculate within a short time and I do not pick up until the following day or next time. Help!
Steve

Ejaculating after a short time during sex is called ‘premature ejaculation’. This can happen even when libido (sexual desire) is okay. Premature ejaculation is common, especially at the beginning of one’s sexual life. With time and experience, it improves and one is fine. Sometimes it happens because of psychological reasons like fear of your partner, when you are uncomfortable or when you fear to fail. You can train yourself how to control. While masturbating, you stop stimulating yourself just before you ejaculate. You then wait and start rubbing yourself when you no longer feel like ejaculating. Training yourself like this can help improve your control with a partner. Or, while masturbating and you are nearly ejaculating, you squeeze the head of the penis sharply. This stops you from ejaculating. Again, this kind of training can help. Your doctor can help with drugs which help improve premature ejaculation.

I have had constant headache for 7 years
I have been getting constant headaches for the last seven years. I use pain killers daily. I do my best to drink a lot of water, with little relief. What can I do?
Ahmed

Pain is a symptom. It tells our body that something is wrong and needs to be put right. Headache, like all pain, is also a symptom. Mild headaches due to dehydration (lack of water) last only minutes or hours. Mild headaches respond to rest, water, food and other common measures.
You have had headaches for seven years. You need painkillers daily. This headache needs to be investigated and treated.
Headaches can be caused by many things, and the cause has to be dealt with. For example, if you have eye problems, glasses may help. Infections of the nose (sinusitis) or ears need antibiotics. Stress can also be dealt with. Ahmed, it is important that you see a doctor, have investigations done to find out the cause and get treatment for this long lasting headache.
