We waited for four hours for Kampala Coach!

EDITOR: In all my years of travelling around the region, I have never met a bus company with the rank amateurism of Kampala Coach.
EDITOR: In all my years of travelling around the region, I have never met a bus company with the rank amateurism of Kampala Coach.
I was booked to travel from Kampala to Kigali last week, but was forced to wait for four hours before I could get a bus! To make matters worse, no explanation was given to the waiting passengers and we were forced to watch buses leave for other destinations while we sat there kicking our heels.
Can Kampala Coach explain why four buses arrived at the park and travelled to Nairobi in the time that not a single one of theirs could be found to take passengers to Kigali? Are some routes more important than others? It was a total disgrace and completely unacceptable.
