Photographs of the 17-year old girl in a miniskirt, showing part of her bottom as she danced on stage, have dominated newspaper front pages for the past week. The girl who denies charges of indecent exposure and being idle and disorderly, faces a custodial sentence if convicted. “I was wearing a G-string,†she protested as hundreds of angry neighbours threw stones at her.
