THE deputy director for mass mobilisation at the Movement Secretariat, Matia Kasaija, has advised teachers to join politics.
“Do not leave politics to other people. Teachers are good administrators and knowledgeable and can therefore transform our society from backwardness,” he said.
He was speaking at the opening of a political and military science course for headteachers in Wakiso district at Buddo Junior School. The course is organised by Wakiso Headteachers Association and the RDC’s office.
Wakiso RDC Margaret Kasaija and her deputy, Charles Bazimbwa, attended the meeting. Ends
