The Police was spot-on on the girl who danced on the stage without undies

I can state unequivocally that the Police action was justified in the light of protecting children form child sex-abusers.

We have had many stunning cases of child sex abuse and there is apparently no systematic approach to dealing with the risks posed by the offenders.

Although Nampijja claims to have had G-string knickers on, her skirt was actually too short and as a schoolgirl, I would expect her to wear a petticoat. Indecent dressing or exposure makes young girls vulnerable to predatory sex offenders.

In this light, I consider it just and fair for the Police to single out this case which serves to sensitise other young girls.

The public reaction was contradictory here. We are always blaming the Police for not taking quick action on certain matters.

Now here they were having taken swift action on a case they deemed necessary, we shot up criticising their handling of this particular matter. Let’s give the Police a chance to do their work.
