The players for camp are Hassan Mubiru, Jimmy Kigeda, Fred Okello, Noah Kasule, David Iga, Hood Kaweesa, Simeon Masaba, Yusuf Kinene and Abubaker Tabula.
Others are Godfrey Ssali, Crispus Kasenge, Abdul Salim Magoola, Ibrahim Mugisha and David Kiwanuka.
Ibrahim Ssekajja, Livingstone Mbabazi and Sulaiman Tenywa playing in Ireland and America are expected to join the squad before Cranes leave for Rwanda.
Kabugo said that the FUFA technical committee will soon sit to schedule international friendlies before the Rwanda trip.
“We expect to play friendlies against Kenya, Burundi and Tanzania but what I do not know are the dates,” said the former Cranes skipper.
Express captain Mubiru showed up on Thursday at Nakivubo stadium but never dressed up for training. Coach Paul Hasule was however happy he showed up.
“It’s better to report and explain your problems,” said Hasule of the star striker who missed the first days of training.
