KABALE – The district has built 50 classrooms to improve the learning conditions under the Universal Primary Education (UPE) programme. The LC5 councillor for Kamuganguzi, Sam Ndaaba, said at least four classrooms have been built for each of the 12 primary schools in the sub-county.
