  • Muhoozi Kainerugaba (1989-90), promoted to major and commanding officer of the Motorised Infantry of the Presidential Guard Brigade.
  • James Tumusiime (1971-72) on assuming the headship of the Governing Council of Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
  • Patrick Luganda (1971-74) elected chairman of the Network of Climate Journalists in the Greater Horn of Africa countries.
  • Sarah Ntiro, awarded the Spelman’s Honourary Degree of 2003.
  • Sarah Kalibala (1967-70) appointed Deputy High Commissioner to Kenya.
  • Justice Julia Sebutinde (1972-73) recognised as an exceptional Ugandan woman achiever
  • Nigel Othembi (1985-86), elected President of the Africa Judicial Network.
  • Steven Luswata (1970-74) elected Vice President of the Uganda Cricket Association.
  • Peter Mugyenyi, awarded a doctorate of Science (Honoris Causa) by Mbarara University in recognition of the AIDS research at Joint Clinical Research Centre.
  • Charles Wagaba (1969-70) appointed Uganda Deputy Representative to the United Nations in New York.
  • Abel Lutaaya Kit (1957-67) awarded the Cricket Lifetime Service by the International Cricket Board.
  • Geoffrey Kiryabwiire (1978-80) appointed a High Court Judge.
