KAYUNGA — Witzen Hoyzen has given sh4m to 20 schools as school fees for orphans. Witzen Hoyzen public relations officer George Luius handed over the cheques to the schools recently at Kayunga playground. Luius urged parents to educate their children.

The district secretary for finance, Kefa Kawesa, attributed the default to political wrangles in the district. Kawesa recently told Lugazi town councillors that MPs, councillors and LC officials were the biggest offenders.
